# Casesheet Selection

In the middle panel, a dropdown menu lists available Casesheets. Selecting a Casesheet opens its data entry fields, allowing healthcare professionals to view and complete information under each heading.

Once these steps are completed, the newly created case sheet will be visible in the **Casesheet** tab of the **Medical Records** screen.
