# E-Authorization

For insurance visits, the **EAuth Requests** option is available in the More Actions menu. Staff use this option to submit the E-Authorization request.

### Steps to raise an E-Authorization request

* Open the **Patient Queue  (Home > Front Desk > Patient Queue)** screen. Choose the respective patient visit, then click on the **More Actions** menu to open the pop-up screen.

* From the pop-up menu, select the **EAUTH REQUEST** option. This action opens the **EAuth Request** pop-up screen to raise the request.
