# No Charge

Staff utilize this option to update the patient visit status. It means the patient visit is excluded for billing process.

### Steps to use No Charge option

* Open the **Patient Queue (Home > Front Desk > Patient Queue)** screen. Choose the respective patient visit, then click on the **More Actions** menu to open the pop-up screen.&#x20;

* From the pop-up menu, select the **NO CHARGE** option. This action updates the patient visit.

* After the update, the patient visit status changes to **Visit Complete - No Charge**.
