# View or Edit Claim Form

Staff use this option to view or make necessary edits to claim forms that are currently marked as Pending or In Progress.

**View or Edit Claim Form** option appears in the **More Actions** menu after the **Claim Form** is requested using the **Request Claim** option.

### Steps to use 'View or Edit Claim Form' option

* Open the **Patient Queue  (Home > Front Desk > Patient Queue)** screen. Choose the respective patient visit, then click on the **More Actions** menu to open the pop-up screen.

* From the pop-up menu, select the **VIEW OR EDIT** option. This action opens the **Claim Form** pop-up screen.

* Select the **Show All** checkbox and click on the **Form Name** to open and view the claim form details.\
  \&#xNAN;***Note:** Similar to* [***Request Claim Form***](/uniteemr/application-modules/patient-queue/front-desk-queue/more-actions/request-claim-form.md#steps-to-request-a-claim-form)*, obtaining the patient's signature and using the Freeze option are also available for forms InProgress state.*
