# Using Tooltip option

Staff can update the appointment status using the tooltip option in the scheduler screen.

### Steps to use the Tooltip option

* Open the **Scheduler** **(Home > Front Desk > Scheduler)** screen. Click the **More Actions** <img src="/files/Vt0VeQL0biuDE84zt9gq" alt="" data-size="original"> menu on the appointment card to open the **MORE ACTION** tooltip.

* Select the appropriate option from the tooltip. Upon selection, the appointment status will be updated on the appointment card.
