# Lab Request Report

Staff use this feature to download or print the **Lab Request Report** associated with the respective patient's visit.

### Steps to use Lab Request Report

* Open the **Scheduler (Home > Front Desk > Scheduler)** screen. Choose the respective patient’s appointment and click the appointment card. This opens the **Appointment Information** pop-up screen.
* From the pop-up menu, select the **Lab Request** hyperlink. This action opens the **Lab Request** pop-up screen.

* In the **Lab Request** pop-up screen, users can choose to download the report as a PDF or print a physical copy.
