# View or Edit Invoice

After completing the invoice, staff members use this option to view or edit the details if necessary.

### Steps to use View or Edit Invoice

* Open the **Scheduler (Home > Front Desk > Scheduler)** screen. Choose the respective patient’s appointment and click the appointment card. This opens the **Appointment Information** pop-up screen.
* From the pop-up menu, select the **View or Edit Invoice** hyperlink. This action navigates to the **Invoice** screen.
