# User Interface

Once staff log in to the application, the landing screen is determined by their role and configuration settings.

## Overview

The top bar provides easy access to essential features. The **E-Authorization** button alerts users about updates. **What’s New** displays newly introduced features and recent updates. It also opens quick product tours and supports feature enablement requests. **To-Dos & Reminders** helps users manage tasks, due dates, and reminder alerts. **Clinic QR** allows registered patients to complete self check-in by scanning a QR code. The **Help Desk** provides screen-specific guides, a knowledge base, and an option to create or view support tickets. The **Group Chat** feature allows staff to communicate internally in real time. A **Language Selector** is available to switch between supported languages. The **User Profile** menu gives access to profile details, user settings, and the log-out option. The clinic name is displayed along with a branch selector, which appears if multiple branches are configured.

**Main Menu Sidebar:** Located on the left side of the screen, the main menu displays navigation icons for key modules such as Scheduler, Patient, Billing, Reports, and more. When hovered, menu options expand, showing the module names. Staff can click on these to access corresponding screens.

**Chatbot:** A chatbot icon appears at the bottom-right corner of the screen. Staff can use this to interact with the bot or connect with a live agent for support and clarification.
